I’ve been a TCG collector pretty much my whole life. If you’re here, we probably have the same hobby that drains our wallets but makes us stupidly happy anyway. For years I bought mostly English cards, until I realized the prices were getting out of hand.
​
During a trip to Japan, everything changed. I walked into shop after shop and saw shelves full of cards, clean displays, and really good pricing. It honestly felt like a collector’s paradise. I picked up some boxes for myself and realized the quality of Japanese cards was way better than I expected.
​
That trip pushed me down a rabbit hole. Once I came back home, I kept collecting Japanese products and eventually found a reliable supplier. I started selling a few boxes on Ebay to help others find affordable product as well. Before long, people kept coming back, and I realized there was a real need for a trustworthy place to buy Japanese TCG in the US without waiting a month for shipping or getting burned by shady sellers.

That’s how SaifrTCG started.

Where the name “SaifrTCG” came from
​
A lot of people ask about the name because it’s different from the usual TCG store branding.
Before any of this, most of my online usernames were variations of “Sipher.” "Saifr" became my identity in the card community over the years, the name people recognized in trades, deals, streams, and Discord groups.
​
When it came time to turn this hobby into a shop, I didn’t want a company name that sounded like a random storefront. I wanted something tied to who I actually was in the community. That’s how “SaifrTCG” was born, pronounced “Sai-Fer”.
​
So SaifrTCG is more than a store name. It’s the collector persona I’ve grown with for years.
What you can expect here

My goal is simple: make buying Japanese TCG easy, fast, and stress-free.
I ship everything quickly from Pennsylvania, I keep everything as transparent as possible, and I try to treat every order the way I would want mine treated.
​
Outside of this, I work full-time as a project manager. Organization and attention to detail are basically part of the job, and I carry that into SaifrTCG too, from packaging, to communication, to making sure restocks actually arrive when I say they will.
I’m a collector serving other collectors. That’s how I always want this store to feel.
