Most Japanese One Piece boxes contain either a Secret Rare or a Parallel Alt Art—not both.
Secret Rares appear in roughly 1 out of every 2 boxes. This is by design and is not a defect or issue with the product.
No. Once a sealed product has been opened, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on pull results. If your product is still sealed and was never opened, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review your request.
