EB-04 Pull Rates: What’s the Rarest Card in Extra Booster 04?
Release Date: January 31st, 2026Ships from USA: Fast free shipping from SaifrTCG (Pennsylvania)
Extra Booster 04, officially titled Egghead Crisis, is one of the most unusual One Piece Card Game releases to date.
Unlike standard mainline booster sets, EB-04 is a fully themed Extra Booster centered entirely around the Egghead arc. Historically, Extra Boosters do not dilute their themes, and EB-04 follows that same pattern, focusing exclusively on Egghead characters, artwork, and story moments.
What makes EB-04 especially interesting is that part of the set has already been revealed. Half of EB-04’s cards appear within OP-14 in the Western release, giving collectors early insight into the rarity structure and several of the set’s major chase cards.
If you are opening EB-04 with one goal in mind, pulling the rarest card in the set, understanding EB-04 pull rates and rarity tiers is essential before deciding whether to rip packs or keep boxes sealed.
Why Sealed Boxes Matter for EB-04 Pull Rates
EB-04 pull rates are case-mapped, meaning sealed booster boxes give you significantly better odds at hitting premium chase cards than loose packs.
This factory-sealed Japanese EB-04 booster box contains 24 packs and offers the best odds for pulling high-rarity chase cards.

Overview
EB-04 pull rates follow established Japanese One Piece Extra Booster patterns, but the distribution of value is heavily weighted toward the very top of the rarity pyramid.
Rather than spreading value evenly across Super Rares, EB-04 concentrates demand into manga rares, secret rares, and special rares, many of which are expected to appear at case-level or lower. This makes EB-04 feel generous while opening, but extremely difficult to “hit big” without sealed product.
Estimated EB-04 Pull Rates
These estimates are based on historical Extra Booster behavior and currently revealed EB-04 contents. Exact ratios can vary by case.
3–5 Super Rares (SR) per box
1 Secret Rare (SEC) per box & 1 Alternate Art per box OR 2 Alternate Arts per box (varies by configuration)
~1 Special Rare (SP) per case
1 Manga Rare per multiple cases (extremely low rate)
What Are the Rarest Cards in EB-04?
Manga Rare Koby
Manga Rares sit at the absolute top of the rarity hierarchy in the One Piece Card Game, and EB-04 is no exception. Pulling the manga rare typically requires opening multiple sealed cases, making it dramatically rarer than even Secret Rares or Special Rares.
For collectors chasing the single hardest hit in the set, the manga rare defines EB-04’s pull difficulty.

Special Rare Tashigi & Smoker

Special Rare Sabo

Special Rare Zeus

Secret Rare Luffy
