About OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors

OP-17 is the 4th anniversary main set of the One Piece Card Game, released in Japan on August 22, 2026. The set moves the story into Elbaf, the legendary homeland of the Giants, and builds its roster around the Four Emperors. The Straw Hat Crew appears in new Elbaf attire, and Loki, the former prince of Elbaf, enters the game.

The chase lineup includes two Secret Rares, Rocks D. Xebec (OP17-118) in his first ever card and Loki (OP17-119), plus Manga treatments for Edward Newgate, Shanks, Kaido, and Charlotte Linlin, and a Super Leader Parallel Luffy (OP17-079). OP-17 also marks the start of the global simultaneous release schedule for the One Piece Card Game.

  • About Japanese One Piece Cards

Japanese booster boxes release earlier and are printed in larger quantities, which is why they are more affordable than English versions. Cards are in Japanese, but artwork and layout are the same, and collectors love them for their clean look and strong pull rates.

They are not tournament-legal outside Japan, but they are perfect for collecting, display, and chasing alt-arts. All products are 100 percent official Bandai Japan imports.

Note that the Japanese and English editions of OP-17 use different pack configurations. The Japanese edition runs 6 cards per pack across 24 packs. The English edition uses a 12 card pack.
